The hotel was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one could possibly need. However, it needed updating in some areas and the air conditioning was not working. The service from one particular staff member was absolutely fabulous, kind, and professional.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity I could wish for, making it a perfect retreat. The Herb House spa was a highlight, and being able to enjoy therapeutic treatments early was a lovely surprise. However, the location within the room was not the most pleasing. My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible! The rooms were fantastic and had the best attention to detail I've come across. They were large, spacious, and included a very well and luxuriously stocked mini-bar. Despite not being the height of summer, the room was particularly warm and cozy as it was in one of the cottages.
